Potassium sodium tartrate (Rochelle salt), listed as E337, an acidity regulator made from tartaric acid. MUIS marks it doubtful. SANHA marks it doubtful and says to check the source of the tartaric acid, which it lists as a by-product of the wine industry or synthetic. A halal mark on the pack settles it.
