Polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR), listed as E476, an emulsifier made from castor oil and glycerol. MUIS and IFANCA mark it doubtful. SANHA marks it doubtful and says to check the source of the glycerol. A vegan claim or a halal mark on the pack settles it.
