Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, listed as E475, emulsifiers made from glycerol and fatty acids. MUIS and IFANCA mark them doubtful. SANHA marks them doubtful and says to check the source of the glycerol and fatty acids. A vegan claim or a halal mark on the pack settles it.
