Sucrose esters of fatty acids, listed as E473, emulsifiers made from sucrose, glycerol and fatty acids. MUIS and IFANCA mark them doubtful. SANHA marks them doubtful and says to check the source of the fatty acids and glycerol. A vegan claim or a halal mark on the pack settles it.
