Sodium, potassium and calcium salts of fatty acids, listed as E470, emulsifiers made from fatty acids. MUIS and IFANCA mark them doubtful. SANHA marks them doubtful and says to check the source of the fatty acids. A vegan claim or a halal mark on the pack settles it.
