Cooking wine is unconditionally Haram. Toronto Public Health lists wine and alcohol as Haram regardless of use in cooking. IFANCA lists wine as Haram to avoid. The belief that alcohol evaporates fully during cooking is not accepted in Islamic dietary law. All cooking wines are not permissible.
