Golden Syrup

Golden syrup is unconditionally Halal. Toronto Public Health lists sugar syrups as Halal under Sugars and Sweets. Golden syrup is produced by refining sugar cane juice and involves no Haram substances. It is a partially inverted sugar syrup with no Haram processing agents.
