Glycerol Esters of Wood Rosin, listed as E445, an emulsifier and stabiliser made from pine tree rosin and glycerine. SANHA marks it doubtful and says to check the source of the glycerine; IFANCA lists it for further investigation. A vegan claim or a halal mark on the pack settles it.
